- Companionship and Support
- Assistance with daily activities
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and incontinence care.
- Laundry, light housekeeping and meal prep
- Medication management - reminding clients to take medication (Not administer them) and picking up prescriptions
- Mobility assistance and fall prevention support
- Providing families or medical staff reporting - monitoring and documenting client condition (physical, mental and social).
